We’re excited to announce The Roots: CCS's high-quality, 18-hole Disc Golf course to our community. We partnered with the pros at All Day Disc Golf - Jesse Tomaino & Joe Coulter to design a fun, family-friendly destination for players of all ages, experience, and abilities.
Why Disc Golf?
Disc Golf is an inclusive and rapidly growing sport that offers a unique blend of physical activity, strategy, and outdoor recreation. It’s affordable, accessible to people of all skill levels, and a great way to enjoy the natural beauty of Columbia County. This is CCS's first phase of recreation and entertainment redevelopment - more information found here.
The Roots is a high quality course that fosters community, supports active lifestyles, and appeals to everyone—from newcomers to avid players.

Course Pricing

One Round: $10 per player

All-Day Play: $15 per player

Golf Cart Rental: $20 for one round, $30 for all day (weather permitting and staffing dependent)
Pay at The Shed when staffed. Otherwise use Venmo or PayPal @columbiacountysports.

Pay-to-Play: Course fees required for use.

Play at Your Own Risk: Users assume all responsibility.

Hours: Open 8 AM to dusk.

No Smoking, Vaping, or Marijuana Use.

No Outside Alcohol. We have a limited liquor license and offer beer & cider for sale.

No Pets Allowed.

Pack It In, Pack It Out: Keep the course clean—pick up after yourself (and others, if needed).

Yield to Other Property Users. Be mindful and respectful.

Do Not Alter the Course: No cutting, removing, or modifying trees, bushes, or course features.

Respect Out-of-Bounds Markers.

Hole sponsorship is a great way to support The Roots Disc Golf Course while gaining valuable visibility in the community. Sponsors receive a custom sign placed at one of our tee pads, seen by players every day.

We’re designing a course that will be enjoyable for newcomers and challenging for seasoned players. The CCS Disc Golf Course will feature a blend of open fields, tree-lined fairways, gap shots, and strategically placed obstacles. Our goal is to make it a place that families, friends, and individual players can enjoy any day of the week.

CCS will host regular Disc Golf events, leagues, and play for all skill levels. From family-friendly outings to competitive leagues, there will be something for everyone.

Every Saturday (weather permitting), we host Social Saturdays at our firepit—a casual hangout where neighbors, friends, and new faces can come together to relax, grab a drink, and connect.
You don’t need to be a disc golfer to join in. Whether you’re here for the fire, the conversation, or just to unwind with a cold one, everyone is welcome. It’s all about community, connection, and enjoying the outdoors together.
